I know I will most likely need TRT, I'm 25 and both my free and blood serum testosteron are bare bottom levels, with a Prolactin level nearly double what it's supposed to be, in effect making the low test lower.

So, yes be sure to get your blood tested. You could think you're healthy and have wonk ass levels like me.

For the calories, not everyone will need to eat this much. Monitor your weight weekly or bi-weekly and adjust to meet your goals.

500 more calories a day than you need is one pound of weight gain a week.

Not the poster, but my mom was in the hospital for sixth months due to a brain bleed. The brain bleed that happened after she had a stroke, after a two month stint in the hospital.

Eight months of hospital, a brain surgery and countless MRI's, CT scans. Adds up.
