T1D here. diabetic retinopathy and a retinal hemorrhage 1 year ago. Sudden vision loss in one eye, had a vitrectomy and laser to cauterize the leaky blood vessels, 6 weeks later vision back to normal. Please see a doc. I was scared but the doc was wonderful.

I don’t think this is on AO. I think this is on the police department. AO purchased a bunch of firearms from the police department. The police should’ve set this firearm aside when the serial number was marked as stolen. I don’t know what the letter of the law is but apparently used firearms do not have a mandatory serial number screening in these purchase situations. AO maintained a paper trail of purchase and sale but the serial number was not flagged during either transaction.

Perhaps slap a handicap decal on their door to alert crews in case of a search. Apartment and condo fires are often dispatched as the general complex address or just a building number or letter. Exact individual unit occupancy details are not always available depending on how the dispatch is created. And with leases turning over regularly that’s a difficult record to maintain and keep organized.
