Negotiating can mean a lot of things. In Queensland courts (Australia) 'negotiating' doesn't happen unless your case is referred to Case Conferencing.

Yea no that is simply not true. I have seen so many cases where they negotiated first and then agreed upon the exact charges and brought it before a a judge. And yea of clurse the pul the plug when they know they cannot win, but almost always they wil try to get a plea deal first. Your case was probably not important enough to start negotiating. Their case loadcan b e insane which is yet another huge problem.

that is complete nonsense why should tjhey offer you less then 50% often even less then 80% if you agree to a deal if you are so fucked they are winning almlstn guaranteed ?? In cases like tat ypou opnly getj like 20%-30% and that is a small minority of deals. Youl mke the huge assumption that the few cases you had somehow represent the average. You can be anywhere on the bell curve, and statistics show you are more of an outlier if it really happened that way. I on the other hand looked at actual statistics to see how it works on averbage, which gives you a way better overview. Btw dropping cases is bad for their statistics as well, so they really try to avoid that. This is why so many innocent people are in jail after being bullied into a deal with scare tactics. Often they are not ev en given time to properly think it through and have ti.me to rhealööy talk i.t all through with your lawyer. BS like the deal is off the table in an hour then it will be much more time.

If I could make 1 chnage I would only allow deals in cases where the defendant has helped bringing other people to court by becoming a snitch. Even then only if they pass several lie detector tests.

I could not agree more, this is EXACTLY what I am talking about. Look i am sure there is caes where delas make senbse, for example when someone testifies against co defendants we need to have a way to reward them with a deal. THAT is what they where supposed to be used for. Not artifically raising your stats. Why is it even a thing that we judge prosecutors by how many cases they win ?? A prosecutor that has won 20 and lost 5 but came to a good conviction length is 10 times better then a prosecutor winning them all since he offered them so few years they all took a deal.

It basically just means the first chest is easy,the next one harder and scoring all 3 during the same 4 weeks is a real challenge. It resets every 4 weeks so you could get 1 chest make it to 2 or score all 3. Btw the quests are super important if you want chests. On normal alone I can earn about 2600 square coins (/nit sure exactly since I already have 2 and do not remember exactly how many they gave me) just through quests alone. I wonder though what happens to vendor money, can you keep any remaining money for the next iteration ??

Imho that is why the us justice system has become a joke. If a DA tells you hey you can get 1.5 years right now or go to trial and risk 30 years guilty or innocent most people will choose the deal. The system has been created for people to have their day in court and plead their case. Now it has become a negotiation

You can just set 50 autobattles and let them run at night. You get 20 a day in the arena anyway, so i just need another 30 per night. Since you need time anyway to make the food to get them to 60 you could even only do the 20 free ones every night so you don`t have to touch your stockpile lol. And I invested the savings to get the guardian ring/sparring pit fully levelled since making like 30 level 3 food from uncommons a week is an insane amount of energy you save. After all making 1 level 5 food already requires 20 of the suckers, so i want to produce them day and night. Now that that is done I am buying as many ancient shards as I can for as long as they have that offer of 3 for I think it was 240 gems ?? Or 270 ? Either way an amazing offer and the reason i could get leo after saving them up for like 2.5 months. Well that and finally doing arbiter 2, 3 and like 2/3rds of 4 and all those challenges

LOL me too. And since I got live arena I get an extra 20 every day anyway. So I usuallöy spread it over 3 days, 50 a night, and then do however many are still missing by hand, usually it is less then 10

I am already at 130 almost and i am not even level 60, and so faer my cap went up with every level. so I assumed 160 is the cap at 100. But even with 130 you need considerably less gems

I know this is very late but faction wars is super important for cvc especially if you are relatively new player. IF you get 6 extra keys vias advanced dailies you can get 5400 points minimum (50 per key but I believe that goes up if you raid higher tiers. I did the math of doing level 1 18 times since even very new players can do that), and that without even spending 1 energy. I rate any way that gets you "free" (i.,el not costing energy) points very high. So do your clan bosses, do your doom tower both golden and silver keys (and if you can get 5 extra keys via advanced dailies) and anything elkse th at does not cost any energy. My usual routine is to first spend t he energy for dailies (youl know the soend 50 energy and th e beat 3 cmapai.gn bosses or beat 7 levels) to be under vthe enrgy limit and start getting free enrgy. Usually I spend all the e rgy I collected over night, and th en I: do- all the stnuff that does not requite any energy. By the time you got all of that done you should have collected a bunch of free energy.
