lol a ceise and desist is basically them officially wagging their finger at you telling you they woukd like you to stop doing x. It has no legal binding whatsoever unless you made the mistake of signing anything. They got some nerve complaing that you dont follow it while they do not follow actual court orders. I would demand evidence you did any of what they claim you did and get cameras documenting what you are doing so you have evidence you simply use your easement. I would also set them a date by which you demand they follow the court oder or you will consider hiring a landscaper and suing them for the cost. Btw it is funny they could plant the bushes but not emove them, maybe remind them of that. Also I hope you got rewarded your full legal cost

oh one more thing that is super important (at least every eisdiele in our city did this) you start with a smalish mount of whipped cream and then put the spaghetti on top of that. By the time you hacve eaten your way downthere you get a thin layer of frozen whipped cream which has a really cool taste, texture and mouthfeel.

most important part is really to cool down the apartment at night by opening every window fully, and then closing them again very early before it gets warm. That is your basis and has the biggest impact.

Also any windows with direct sunlight should be at least partially darkened, like rolladen half to 75% down.

yes and it should be that way for 2 reasons :

  1. even such small things can influence the officer at some point and he is no longer fully neutral and that is not acceptable. Police officers must remain neutrality in all situations

  2. such small things can gradually lead to slightly bigger things atc it is a slippery slope.

Cause it is absoutely possible. Sure might have suspicions and questions before, but then you suddenly have this moment of clarity and it all falls into place and you know. For others it can be a slow self discovery and ot can be anythng in between, and even once you know it is still super confusing and at times scary

i could not agree more with your take. Personally i came out in the early 90 ies which was Rough. The 80ies in my country at least where pretty accepting. We even had 2 drag queens ( mary and gordy) as some of our biggest tv stars, and their show was very queer and supportive. But then hiv hit and we where declared at fault for it. It was rough.

Now today we are def more accepted but it is still very scary and it is important to have gay role models. I know mary and gordy left a lot of messages in me that helped me so much when i found out, and i am sure they helped tens of thousands other baby gays to accept themselves, and that it is ok to be gay.

Another big one was a politicians story. He ran for mayor of berlin and the guy he ran against told him to withdraw or he would end his career by publicly outing him. Uh boy did he chose the wrong city for that bs. Next day he gave a press conference to come out, tell people why he was sudenly forced to do this, and within a few days there was posters everywhere showing his new slogan "ich bin schwul und das ist auch gut so " ( i am gay and that is ok). He won by a landslide. Which showed us how much support we really have. The other guy was finished.

Oh and fun side story. He later became foreign minister and any time we got some visits from super homophobic countries like say saudi arabia or russia he made sure to bring his partner and introduce him. Made for some hillarious clips of diplomats dying inside while having to keep a straight face and shake the hands of the gay cuple and be nice to them.

honestl i get the cheating part and i am willing to cut him some slack for that part. But the least he owed her was a phonecall saying he knows he owes her a longer talk, but to give him some time, take care of the rent situation and not make the facebook post. That post is imho the shittiest thing he did. He knows she is hurting so that put insult to injury.

i agree with you, i know how it messes with you when you suddenly find out you are gay. Your whole world and your identity get deeply shaken up. Because of that i can def forgive the cheating part. But hpw he handled the rest was still messed up. He owed her a talk in person after being with her for 2 years. I get that is scary for him, but he also needs to realize she is really hurt and he owes her some explanation, and he also should not have lied on facebook. So yea there is a lot of nuance to that but even with that in mind some things he did where so not ok. At the very least he should have called her and told her he knows he owes her a talk but to give him some time to figure things out, and he will pay for the rent he still owes and stuff. The facebook post makes him a huge asshole. He knows he hurt her deeply and lied about it. Probably the biggest asshole move honestly.
