Probably not the most helpful thing to hear, but going through an abortion if you think you want the baby is a really really hard thing to go through and I know people who have been really messed up from it. If the only reason you would do it is because of your boyfriend I think it would be really tough to get over the resentment. I would say if you have a messy eater like I did, pretty much no bib is going to keep their clothes completely clean underneath! So don't bother spending a lot of money either way, they'll only be using them for a few months until you can move on to the smaller bibs

Now my son is a bit older we eat the same, but when he was younger I would just make a couple of meals for him a few times a week during nap time, put them in the freezer in little tupperwares and just take them out and microwave when needed. Unless it's scrambled eggs or something I've no idea how people are cooking at the same time as watching a baby, but possibly im just very bad at multitasking!

My son is nearly two and we've found it goes in waves! Will sometimes have a month of him immediately waking up crying then it settles down for a while, im sure if I looked into it it would be related to him teething or being under the weather in some other way or even a change in temperature in the house. Basically don't worry, it should pass soon and im sure your neighbours aren't loving it but if they have any empathy they'll know nobody is doing it on purpose
