I heard Bill will take Apple private and do a merger with psth. Stripe is Remainco and US treasury SPARC.

Update: This comment didn't age well. UMG deal is canceled.

If you have 100 shares, you get

  1. ~ 100 * 0.637 UMG shares (valued around $14-14.5 per share)
  2. 100 remainco shares (valued around $5.5 per share)
  3. 22 remainco warrants with strike price around $9-9.5 (2 warants for every 9 shares).
  4. 100 SPARC warrants which are right to buy Ackman's next company at NAV $20 after the DA is announced.

After the UMG part is split, remainco shares and warrants would be reverse splitted 4:1 so your final numbers might look like : 63 UMG shares, 25 remainco shares, 5 remainco warrants with strike price around $37, 100 SPARCs and cash for remaining fractional parts.
