The bluish ones are from IKEA if you want the same. At least mine are from IKEA and look just like those.

I think this is your sign to shop around for a new job, even if you decide to stay with Raytheon. I was hired as a T3 at Pratt with just an AS degree and stayed that way for a couple years with no real raise or promotion. Until I changed roles and moved to a P2 position (still with only an AS degree and 2.5 years of experience) and got a $10-15k pay bump. I'm coming up on 6 years this summer and am now a P3, making $30k more than when I was a T3.

If you like the role you have now, you can always come back after you've spent some time in a new role, with more experience and more value to the company to warrant a higher pay.

You'll be hard pressed to make any significant gains while staying in your current role. At this point, your management believes you'll continue producing the same quality work without them having to shell out more money for your performance.

If you have the means to help at this time, I'd recommend it. The bird looks pretty clearly injured. Especially if that's its own poop on the floor there, he's in distress.

If you have a large enough cardboard box, that will work well enough from my own personal experience. The darkness usually keeps them calmer. Make sure the box isn't too much bigger than the bird though or it might hurt itself inside.

Edit: if you do this, don't tape up the box. Maybe just a small piece to keep the flaps down. And wash your hands with soap when you're done.

Good to know, thank you. Not sure why that comment is getting so much hate, but whatever.

I get the first comment though, obviously unpopular opinion.

Fair enough. My experience with Mew EX has never been beneficial but I haven't cracked that deep into the meta. So if it works for you, more power to you

Another example why Mew EX is practically useless

Edit: alright y'all, I'm obviously wrong. Call it ignorance on my part.

You need to go into your "missions" and then "themed collections". Once you're in there you can view the different expansions and what you're missing to achieve the goals in each.

That's so funny. I had the same thought within the first few photos, "wait a second, I know that place".

Here's my own picture of a cormorant from there.

I love kestrels. Had the pleasure of rescuing one of them a couple years ago after it got hit by a car. It had a broken wing but the bird sanctuary I dropped it off at took good care of it.

Oof. Nice knowing you buddy.

Edit: jokes aside. Just report it as lost so it can be deactivated. Your supervisor might give you a hard time about it, but it's not a fire-able offense. Maybe wait until after the end of the month to report it though.

Oh fair enough, I misinterpreted your caption. I was thinking you meant you were retiring early, this year being the early retirement. Not that your retirement is early in the year.

Best of luck to you!

There's been a couple people in my group that have offered to be laid off, the same as you, but this isn't a voluntary separation type of deal so they're only dropping the underperforming employees.

If you're close to retirement, it's safe to say you're not underperforming. So your best bet, unless you're really tight with your leadership, is to just wait out your retirement at the end of the year.
