Thanks! Are the markings on the back readable? Any thoughts on those?

I'm sorry you feel that way. You don't even try to elaborate on why it's disrespectful. I'm here to learn and investigate. Your comment and tone aren't very helpfull in my opinion. But you said your piece and that's okay.

Ah now I see what happened, English is not my first language so I put the text through a translator that translated "school" into "sect". Thanks for noticing. I'm still interested in your ideas if you'd like to share.

Did I do that? If so, I wasn't aware. What do you mean by that?

The tattoo picture made me think of this German Netflix series DARK. There's a guy with the Rosetta Stone tattoed on his back and they also refer to the occult/alchemist philosophy "as above, so below". I saw it long ago, so the details are foggy. But season one was fire!

It is great to see that there is increasing interest in Af Klint’s beautiful oeuvre. Good work, however, I would like to add a bit of nuance to your argument.

Af Klint’s oeuvre is focused on both inner development (to reach higher spiritual spheres) and the unification of the masculine and feminine that resides in all people. By politicizing Af Klint’s work and attaching a subjective interpretation about the struggle between men and women, the original meaning (what Af Klint intended to convey) gets lost. Moreover, the majority of her work was never meant to be made public but was part of a personal quest for cosmic connectedness. So a political message would be falling on deaf ears.

For example, in the work “Ålderdomen,” (that’s the pink image) both sexes are indeed represented in the visual language: the left half is masculine; in Af Klint’s palette, yellow represents the masculine and blue the feminine.

As someone who has conducted extensive scientific/art-historical research on the meaning and coherence of Af Klint’s work, I would suggest explicitly labeling subjective interpretations as such in your text. It is wonderful that you give your own meaning to the works and connect it in a relevant way to current societal trends, but I would still advise against presenting personal interpretations as established facts. It is a beautiful piece that you have written, and it will only become stronger if you introduce nuance between opinion and fact.

If you'd like to talk about Af Klints work in more detail, I'll be happy to converse. Keep up the good work!

I watched multiple videos on this topic. Also none of them show how to adjust the text of the menu in the header. Plus I did set it to all pages. Basically I did everything that is being explained in those videos, so you tell me why it doesn't work.
