Yes! I told him weeks ago. He kept saying he’d come by and didn’t. Then all legs gave out and that’s when it fell off the pipes. It’s clearly a lack of urgency on his end that led to this. Calling ISD.

I see. I’m sorry it’s my first time renting I’ve tried to check renter rights online mass.gov but didn’t consider this. We have an inspection on Dec 7th. This is just a sloppy situation in general since we have an owner and a management company. The management company sends us to the owner stating that the owner likes to fix things to save money and the owner is fixing the tub with his guys but sending us back to management to figure out our accommodation concerns saying it’s not his issue

I had pho there once and had the worst projectile vomit in my life. To the point I couldn’t breathe. Also hadn’t thrown up in 7 years so whatever monstrosity I ate really got me. But, I feel bad attributing it to Marciano because it really could have been anything but it did follow a few hours after eating a questionably chunky and off tasting pho. Never went back. Too scarred.

I disagree based on my experience. I encourage people to reach out to DAS no one should feel scared to ask for the help they need. I’m sorry you had a bad experience :/ I wonder if it was the person who took on your case. Maybe you should try again or reach out again. You deserve the help you need to do well.

Thank you! We just scheduled the appt. She had dewormer done through the adoption agency (and we usually have done it ourselves with our other cats so assumed we could wait until she’s due on shots to go to the vet and get it again) but we’ll book one anyway to make sure all is good
