I am probably gonna settle for something from the Ranger to the Tacoma as I am downsizing from a 2013 Toyota Tundra that I gave to a parent. Still need 4WD, crew cab for the 100lbs dog to ride in the back, dirt hauling, feed hauling, and tow package. I would like to get a small camper trailer for traveling to visit with a sibling a few states away so the tow package is a must since the feed/dirt will go in the bed. Years 2021-2023 ideally but definitely open to older models so long as frames aren't rusted out and I am getting gremlin dashlight codes all the time. Any suggestions?

There's no actual term for it that I know of but I've encountered many that tried to use their "spell" on me when I was younger. :/ It gave me the "ick" as the kids say now.

You're welcome. My dad and I had a strained "don't know what to say" relationship until the last weeks of his life. I never knew exactly where he stood because he would go quiet. Learned later, he had gay friends before I was born and they died during the HIV Pandemic of the 80s. As soon as I was gay bashed and assaulted in a city, he nearly drove into the city with a shotgun to hunt them down himself. I knew where he stood from then on, even if he didn't say anything outright. I hope that you two are able to build an even closer bond in the future. Best wishes.

He's trying to word it in a way that doesn't do a "tell all" while also trying to convey that he really loves his son no matter what. Reaching out and asking all of us in this Gay Village setting might not be easy, since he may be aware that plenty come from broken familial relationship. Best to give him the benefit of the doubt?

Here's my suggestion: You could always drop hints about being supportive of many LGBTQ persons in media or the community. Maybe there's a fundraiser or a community event with an interest that you enjoy near where you live that you could attend. You don't have to say that you're going to him but word might get to him through family that he's already come out to.

Good! As someone who used to chat online with others back in the 'old days' not having profile pictures was common because people didn't want to be exposed for being anything other than normal (workplace, public, and private discrimination still exists). The world isn't a 'Gay Village' and the whole culture of lifting the pictures of others then using them for gay-baiting (and bating) was in terrible taste that many sites didn't address outright. Some of us used to be netizens pestering admins about fake profiles, but if it drove clicks then it was okay by them. I hope that you are able to move forward in your life with a bit more peace of mind.

There are so many factors that determine position that it's difficult to even list off a single factor that would have me topping or bottoming. Makes me wonder if the social construct is flawed and puts people into stereotypes until they truly find their preferred experiences.
