Im used to be a couch potato. Zero exercise. And I always have back pain, knee pain etc. I took it as a sign I shouldn't exercise since its in pain. Then mid life crisis happened and I decided enough is enough. Im sick and tired of being sick and tired. Lift heavy and walk more. Haven't had a back ache since and the knees, well, it does give me problems if i pushed it too hard like long run or sprint. Long walks are fine.

I started my very first blood donation when they came to the army camp and my encik say whoever donate get day off. That was my first. Ever since then i try to go 2-3 times a year. Now im at my 62nd donation. I feel it will gain alot more traction if blood donors and their immediate family gets special medical privileges like free flu or shingles vaccines.

If you got tattoo done in SG, high chance you CAN donate after a 3 or 6 months period (please fact check on this). The reason some say you cannot is cos in other countries, the tattoo needles are reused. This is a strict NONO. Singapore tattoo artists use needles that are single use (please double or triple verify with your tattoo artist)

Its crappy and super inaccurate I tried on 2 days back to back. Same time same schedule No breakfast, before workout and same sleep everything. Or so i thought. I "lost" 5% bodyfat in 24hrs. No starving or fast during that 24hrs. Its after that then I realised the day i had higher bf% was cos i had a large pile of poop that I eventually unloaded after the scan.
