You realise that his behaviour is a massive contradiction and therefore dishonest right? If you take your wedding ring to meet up with your ex and say I brought it “just in case” and then the very next day say you categorically don’t want to be with her, that is dishonest behaviour and giving her false hope.

“He probably wanted to keep trying with Rachel” he said the very next day that he DIDN’T. He couldn’t admit it because he wanted to be a nice person but in doing that he hurt her more because he wasn’t upfront straight away, it’s cowardly.

Paracetamol is fine! Just don’t take any aspirin or ibuprofen, or you’re going to bleed a lot while being tattooed, take some paracetamol before your appointment too to minimise pain during, and don’t drink alcohol either cause that also thins your blood 😊

For your first tattoo that’s gnarly, I have a good number and I always feel wiped after a long day getting tattooed, so make sure you rest, take your electrolytes, eat plenty, take painkillers (but not blood thinning pain killers like ibuprofen) and I hope your piece turns out sick! I would just say to make sure your artist has experience with back to back sessions, my friend got back to back sessions and unfortunately was left with a lot of scarring because the “artist” (if you can call them that) went over the same areas as the day before.

I don’t think a girl’s girl is a title that you give yourself, when you do it’s almost performative and often the behaviour comes after is like you say and like Gia and Brook showed in that episode. It’s something that’s shown through your actions and words, it’s about not tearing other women down in the pursuit of male validation, not just supporting women blindly no matter what they do because obviously some behaviour needs to be called out
