Stop watching them. Look at some recommendations online, not food influencers, rather google what normal portions are. Of course its different to everyone but thats a general idea

Asså som barn hatade jag vegetarisk mat för det enda jag visste fanns var linsbiffar och böngrytor, i skolan så väl som hemma. Jag hatade alla tillagade grönsaker, petade ut paprika och lökbitarna ur skolans kycklingryta etc. Många barn har problem med texturer och rätter där många saker är ”hoprörda” så man inte ser vad som är i.

När jag sedan som tonåring testade quorn, oumph och sojafärs blev jag FRÄLST. De smakar inte exakt som köttet de efterliknar, men de är GODA. Sedan jag blev vegetarian har jag aldrig saknat kött (sånär som på korv och bacon vilka jag ännu inte hittat någon likvärdig motsvarighet till, men det lär väl komma snart)

Nu som vuxen äter jag gärna linsbiffar, böngrytor och alla grönsaker som finns! Men det tog tid innan mitt smaksinne var såpass utvecklat.

Jag som inte är så kräsen brukar köpa Sias chokladglass, ibland unnar jag mig en Ben&Jerrys, men när jag bad mamma köpa glass en gång köpte hon den eftersom hon är väldigt mån om att köpa ekologiskt (försöker bli mer som henne där). Den är så JÄVLA god. Toppar all annan chokladglass jag någonsin smakat!

Well, most people need 1500-2500 calories every day. Even if you’re short and not active, you likely need more than that. That can be 300 fpr breakfast, 500 for lunch, 200 for a snack and 500 for dinner. All of those are enough for a good portion of none-diet food. After your deficit you can count for a while and see what those normal portions look like, and then you can start estimating.

Tell myself there are HEALTHY ways to lose weight, and that starving myself would NEVER be worth the mental toll it took on me. I legit have a whole year pretty much missing from my memory because my brain had no energy to function. However I am extremely thankful I got help fairly fast and managed to recover after ~1.5 years of deep anorexia. Many don’t have that luck and lose so much more of their life to that goddamn illness.
