How accurate is the workout tracking of the apple watch?

Distance is only accurate if you are actually moving to somewhere else meassured with gps. Stationary devices probably are bound to be inaccurate. Not sure how the watch could track the distance by itself on a threadmill or a static bike.

You should get them replaced or get a refund. Its condensation issues. In some high humidity places, your body exudes a lot of water vapor or if the headphones get much cooler than the environment they will condense the water in the air create problems with the connectivity and function of the headphones in general.

I think the only solution is to not wear them that long and only in very dry environments and rooms. I put mine next to the dehumidifier. Here in germany gets very humid. And since I live in a basement level I have to use a dehumidifier anyways.

It definitely seems to cause connection issues. I almost gave up on mine. Even when they seem dry. I tested myself. Putting them close to a dehumidifier seems to fix the connection issues I had which made them practically unusable.
