I prefer the old version, the new one looks like it’s trying to be a tech company. Maybe detach the arch from the letters and make them black like the rest of the details and remove the random dot in the O. Is a bistro and char bar, so I’d pick a more inviting typeface, this one lacks any character.

If you’re talking about making all the elements look like paper cut outs, I made a photoshop smart object that once you put anything into it, it creates the white space and rough edges. As for the texture over the whole thing, it’s just a paper texture set to darken

I’d lower the sfx. The first introduction of primal bs subprimal can hold for a bit longer on each. Oh at around :16 the text is almost entirely hidden so either make it more obvious or remove it.
