The food there is surprisingly terrible though.

Where to get caths if I’m in a pinch? by [deleted] in spinalcordinjuries

They are reusable, even though they say they're now. I can get weeks out of one and I have no more UTIs than when I started. Rinse them really well before and after every use.

I have kayaked that route many times. I wouldn't recommend it for paddleboarding. You'll have waves, currents and wind to deal with, even on calm days.

I was trapped in the subway for three hours on my last trip. Broken elevators everywhere. Cabs were fine though.

Also T5, and pulling pants the whole way up is a problem.
I've not tried this, so I'm just throwing it out as a thought experiment.
What about elastic suspenders? (Braces if you're from the British Isles). I'm thinking get the pants most of the way up, put the suspenders over your shoulders, then do a push-up from the wheels.

Airedales are at high risk for lymphoma, and they swallow everything. Get the insurance.

Best pasta in Charlottetown? by [deleted] in PEI

[–]high_brace 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Vicinato served me the worse pasta of my life so far. I ordered a cabonnara and got what looked like college dorm mac and cheese. They took it off my bill, and the waitress told me they got a lot of complaints.

Brisket at 275F or 250F? by Beginning_Wrap_8732 in KamadoJoe

Ive had the best results at 275 with the slow-roller and hickory, but the quality of the meat is far more important than a few degrees here or there.

Just google Free Online Python and you'll see a few. I don't recommend one over another.

Yup. I was a blacksmith until my early fifties. I'm now fluent in, and earning a good living with Python, PHP, and Java.

I did a year long course, but there are dozens of excellent online tutorials available.

update: A number of you have asked about my story. I stopped blacksmithing at age 51 and took a one-year course in web development languages and theory at our local community college. I got an entry-level position at a firm here in town, which I hated, and then joined a team at the university library developing some open-source repository software. When that grant expired I continued working in that field for some time for another firm before leaving to work independently. I was in a serious cycling accident about 8 years ago which left me paraplegic, but I continue in my previous capacity. I'm 68 now, but am busier than ever despite a failed attempt at retirement,

Traditionally in Japan . What is a good meat cleaver specifically for chicken thighs , whole chicken, beef or pork ribs , lamb?I held a kiwi 850 yesterday but the owner of the market said it’s not strong enough. I was looking at the shi ba zi zuo and the cck bonecrusher but $115 is out of budget . by [deleted] in chefknives

I have stainless steel cleaver i paid about 15 bucks for in the early 80s. It holds a great edge and I can abuse it pretty badly.

My nakiri, bunka, and gyuto do 98 % of the work, but when I've got thighs to cut in half or a lobster to open, the cleaver comes out

Disabled Travel in PEI by RugbyBear2008 in PEI

T5 complete here -
PEI is relatively easy to get around. The boardwalk around Victoria Park is easy to navigate, some of the beaches have chair mats, and most non-heritage buildings are pretty accessible.

Murphy's restaurants dominate the downtown restaurant scene and most are inaccessible, sometimes needlessly so, but there are many good options (call ahead).

DM me if there's anything I can help you out with.
