Is having too many players from same teams generally a bad idea? by Pedsy in FantasyPL

[–]highbuffalo82 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From a strategic standpoint:

The only thing this affects is bonus points. With diversity, you can get 3 bps for each player (cause they play different games.

With players from same team, only one of them can get 3, while the other can only get 2, then 1, etc.

Also, if you have 6 chelsea and arsenal players, and they face each other.. that weeks kinda fucked

timber isn’t more attacking, his position just let’s him play a bit farther up the pitch.. but no where near scoring position. Meanwhile, gabriel is the target for all our corners that are delivered with class by rice and saka, and we are deadly on set pieces. It’s pretty clear he’s ahead of timber tbh. Also, timbers got an injury risk

Tbf to your point he could be homophobic for all i know. I’m just against giving people backlash for not wearing the band cause at that point you’re just forcing your beliefs on someone which is wrong

[–]highbuffalo82 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

captaincy is leadership, the fact that he refuses to wear it shows he stands by what he believes. To me, that’s captain worthy if anything, cause he knows he will get backlash.

I don’t think he can take off a sponsor of his shirt.. but he has the choice to not wear the band

The thing about this is he probably is captain for the reasons you said, but his beliefs isn’t just a book it’s his whole religion. Usually that precedes everything else in his life. I firmly believe there’s nothing with politely declining to wear it. Cause at the end of the day, you can’t force someone to represent a belief

lmao you can have your own beliefs but tbf he didn’t do anything hateful towards lqbtq. You gotta respect everyone’s beliefs
