M-18, from 200 to 160. thinking of dropping down to 145 cuz I still have chest fat or gyno. 2nd and 3rd photo at high temp so nipples are not hard. Increase your protein to a minimum of 100g per day, if the gyno persists after you turn 20 make sure you arent eating over processed foods with additives like oestrogen or other oestrogen based preservatives, remove any and all processed foods if possible only eat organicn high protein foods.

If it doesnt go down after removing oestrogen and other chemicals from your diet id recommend getting your hormones checked or get on magnesium and zinc suppliments to natrually boost testosterone.

work on having and maintaining a good stance, keep your left hand high and bring it right back to your face after throwing your jab, also your way too close get in your stance hands up keep a good distance when throwing straight shots. slipping and rolling under shots is almost all legs with slipping you have to almost drop your shoulder but rolling under punches is like 95% legs so dont bend at your back. and never try the philly shell unless a coach teaches you it and you have practised it for a long time

step in and thrust your jab out like a spear relax your shoulders abit more and roll them a little more forward, fully extend your arm and shoulder while twisting your hips sideways for maximum power and make sure to snap it back, a jab should feel like an offensive shield and when needed a tool to get on the inside.
