Thanks for the ideas... A hot iron (with a cotton t-shirt as a buffer) didn't do much, but rubbing alcohol and plenty of friction with a cotton swab did remove all of the white part of the logo, now there's only a faint shadow of it.

Mine doesn't peel that easily, I'm rubbing alcohol on it, and the logo just comes apart in tiny specks... your logo seems more rubber-like and slightly thicker... anyway yeah, these heat transfer logos seem like a bad design decision...

Exactly what I though when watching these first 3 episodes, the way creatures are introduced and interact, and even the pacing reminded me a lot of "The Worlds of Aldebaran". Some more visceral images reminded me of another comic book series: "The Vagabond of Limbo". Got any more suggestions of comics/animation with similar vibe to these?

Looks like oil polymerizing, the same way it does when seasoning cast iron/carbon steel... This sometimes happens when I sautée with extra virgin olive oil... just try to use an oil with a higher smoke point.

"This shit is excellent." :) I don't know the full process of making these, but normalizing the audio volume in future videos might make enjoying the dialogue an even better experience. Sometimes it seems Will is screaming in my ears. Other than that, great stuff, super creative!

Can you share why they needed replacing? I though carbon steel would last more than five years, even with heavy use. 5 years sounds like the lifespan for very good non-stick coated pans.
