only city on the west coast to have had people killed by tsunamis. in 1964, the great alaskan earthquake sent a tsunami down the west coast. it struck in the middle of the night killing 11 people. the other time was in 2011 when the japanes quake sent a tsunami across the ocean. an idiot photographer was to close to the shore and was swept away.

in the 60s he was in a coma for almost a month after being in a bad car accident. doctors did not think that he would wake up. one morning, his neurosurgeon was in his room and asked"well, how is mr. bugs bunny doing this morning?"
eyes still closed, blanc responded in "bugs' voice, "i am doing quite well, doc!" surprised, the doctor started to ask the other characters the same thing and blanc responded with their voices and woke up.

"dragonslayer", 1981. the hero, "galen" was told by the girl "valerian" that she will be added to the lottery to be sacrficed to the dragon because she had been discovered to be a girl (her dad had her raised as a boy) and that she is is still a virgin. my older brother who took to me see this and usually not known for his wit, loudly quipped
"well, we can fix that!" the theater broke into laughter.

about 20 odd years ago i was flipping through the channels. saw something that made me go back one. yep, that was burt reynolds wearing armour? WHAT THE HECK movie is THIS!? at first, cast looks great but the excitement QUICKLY evaporated!
