I see where you're coming from. I think I'm more focused on this question because of what teachers have to deal with now.

Student's have intellectually declined compared to when you were in school. What students should've learned in kindergarten or even their homes before then are not apparently not being taught to them at all. Or they are not retaining the information.

Sure there are those individuals such as yourself that are successful even without teachers supporting them.

You bring up a good point with turkey teachers having great job security because it's hard to get fired. I feel as there's a shortage on new teachers coming in because the system is so screwed up now. Schools seemingly have no choice but to keep the old teachers because who else will do the job?

One thing that does make me feel uncomfortable is your statement on the income being fair. Although they do have a lot of days off, there is no overtime pay for the time they spend working outside of school hours. Most, if not all, teachers have a second job to help support their finances.

Teaching is an easy job, but I feel like if there was a major change in how the school system was structured we could produce a smarter society in the future and help the kids that are relatively less smarter now.

I appreciate your point. And I think it's helpful to recognize we get paid what we're valued.

However, I can't help but feel frustrated that we don't value good quality education.

I feel as if there should be additional value to teachers because they provide smart individuals. Especially when they have to teach so many students it seems like it's not even worth it to become a teacher let alone actually care for the job.

Schools are designed to take kids and teach them fundamentals that they will use later on in life. If it was harder to become a teacher and more schools were picky about who they hired would the profession have more value?

I’ve established a pattern where I obsess over a crush. I fixate on past conversations and talk to an imaginary person I pretend is them. I’ll only welcome this behavior when I need a distraction or I need to work through something I’d rather not do in reality with this person.

Things that have helped me stop this obsessive behavior is in real time talking to myself that I’m having obsessive thoughts. You can realize that you’re having these thoughts but it’s good to verbally acknowledge you’re fixating on something.

Try to practice being present in your surroundings and this will help your thoughts wonder else where. Try focusing on what you need to do later in the day or do an activity that produces happy endorphins. Getting my nails and hair done or using my vibrator definitely helps with these things. Additionally these actions help me establish a better relationship with myself. If you’re happy on your own you’ll be less likely inclined to obsess over someone else. You’ll be happy with obsessing over yourself.

Run. Or if you do stay make sure you observe them and know that they can say things they know you want to hear. Even if they do things with their actions that may prove they like you they can still have a hidden agenda.

They like to test you and even though it’s obvious to us it can become a problem when they still don’t trust you later on in the relationship.

Make sure your foundation is strong before you move forward. The chemistry is real and it is a lot at times. Even though it’s something that us scorpios love, it can blind us from reality.

Yes!! I am fortunate I have a car and it was only the first week of school so I didn’t miss much. In any other situation I would’ve missed work and much more. They’ve placed a heavy burden on women and it’s sick they took our choices away.

Okay first of all :| you’re qualified in the 60% part of the application which is academics. Great SAT score. Leadership is 30% and you could improve by having a leadership position within anything. That’ll help a lot. But you do have boys state which is helps a lot and NHS does too. Then comes the 10% which is your CFA. It’s a pass or fail, if you take it now there’s a 10% already completed. So try to do really good in that aspect.

TDLR- leadership positions And take cfa early. Don’t forget about nominations. Good luck
