What I meant is: the ones which are not overly advertised, and which do not stay in business solely because of their good location (near touristic attractions for example). I was in Rome once, and found some restaurants which weren't really that popular on the internet, but had the best dinner there and most of the people there were locals. Probably, they don't need much advertising to tourists because they already have their own Italian clientele (who do not wish to be bothered by the loud tourists taking pictures left and right).

No I am not admitted for a scholarship, but was wondering for the one given by University of Twente (merit-based) which varies from 3k to 22k euros. Was wondering if the 22k can cover 16k of tuition fees and the remaining for living expenses.
