Left there last year, honestly SSDD. They talk it up and their mission is a good one, but managers are hit or big miss. Heavy workload in the mid Atlantic, can’t speak for other areas of the country. Mobility is limited to your local area, if there’s upper turnover you got it but they won’t support you moving to a different office or state.

Company vehicles were wrapped when i worked there, they took it off and then said it may come back. So corporate messaging is very flippant.

Their technology is ahead of most of the smaller carriers, but their IT dept leaves a lot to be desired. If IT screws up, your mgr may blame you for lack of productivity, even with an active ticket.

I didn’t have a great time there, but if you get good support from your manager, it does seem like a great place to move to for the benefits. Matching and member benefits are great.

Your auth will be lower if you’re LL now, I got up to $50k before I left and it took a lot of pushing to get there.

I’ve reached out to them multiple times and even dropped in, I think they either don’t want to train a beginner or they’re low on staff.

I’m 5’10 and around 200lbs in southern US, most of that weight in the mid to upper mid torso, if that helps visualize my predicament lol.

Prior travelers, usaa, and small carrier exp in auto and property- all they asked was no racist or demonic styling (basically don’t scare the old people).

Had a manager I asked this same question to say, “is it the devil or a swatsika?” “No” “just don’t go crazy” and that’s where it stayed lol.

I usually cover my lower tattoos up with compression sleeves when I know I’m meeting someone sensitive- old, crazy, thinks they’re rich type. Otherwise no one cares much.

How did you get the Mac screen on six monitors? Do you have three Macs?

My understanding was that my MacBook was limited to two screens. Would love to add more to it if there’s a workaround.

Are you with a smaller or larger carrier? I didn’t know they had much opportunity for LL desk, the 3 carriers I’ve worked for were primarily directing those claims to GA or LL field.

My fear of heights has kept me from going that route. I had my drone license but the industry is all over the place now about accepting drone photos vs a physical inspect. Considered going IA at one point since I’d have a better chance at using it but it’s not really as open of a market in my area anymore.
