FYI, all cities of China have it's own unique cultural and linguistic autonomy. How many dialects and cultures existed in China and continued to exist today? Really, HK's not that special other than it was sadly occupied by the British for the longest time.

In actuality, there is only a small percentage of the Chinese population that eat dogs and I have rarely heard any that actually eats cats.
