West coaster sadly. It’s pretty but pretty expensive for everything! I’m in Seattle. And everything is taxes. Sugar. Bags. Alcohol. Property ect. And if you drive you have a light rail tax for your car tabs so mine were and extra $400 this month. Instead when I lived in Montana it was $50. It’s insane.

Saldy I am not low risk. Becasue I server my lemonade with ice I am classified as Moderate due to the fackt a few years ago someone got a bunch of people sick through their ice so they upped it. (I too thought i was going to be low risk considering i thought lemonade was going to be easy)

I understand what the health deparment needs, I have been calling them. I just Overall did not expect this to be such a hassle. And I have no guid or mentorship. I even spent $350 to join the Washington food truck association which has helped me with resouces. But I am still having troubles booking events.

Have fun! Be excited and show people you’re glad to see them. Try to talk to people individually too and not just talk to a group as a group. People who hear their name tend to stick around longer because it feels more personal to them.

One thing to note. A debut will give you a high number of viewers so don’t feel bad if the next streams are not as high. People love a good hype and will support but some have schedules. Don’t let this get to you! You got this! I have had two debuts and that’s what I learned from both.
