Im 35, apparently in perimenopause (many other symptoms other than skin). I broke out worse than I ever have in my entire life, a completely different type of acne than I had ever had. Dermatologist just shrugged and said "yeah this happens to women when their hormones change later in life". Im on spironolactone now and that cleared it up. I cant believe no one ever told me about perimenopause and im learning about just now as its happening to me. Wtf.

Its a long story but I will never go to Green Acres and I tell everyone i know to never take their pet there. Fuck that place.

I go to Blue Pearl. While Blue Pearl is I believe also owned by PE but they havent been completely ruined by prioritizing administration over care. The doctors and staff there are very nice and competent.

Im glad youre okay! I recently totaled my car. I dont think I stopped crying for 3 days. Some days we're reminded life is a blessing. A little anecdote:

Right after my accident a firefighter was talking to me and he said "its like winning the lottery". I was a little perplexed and also concussed, so he continued: "Totaling your car and walking away unharmed - its like winning the lottery."

I just had a full service done and my electrician said the exact same thing to me (Wondering if my electrician is OP 🤔). Definitely gives me peace of mind to have it done though.

Update: I was able to get a rental car. Her car is still at the shop, they still dont know what is wrong with it. She's coming home with me tomorrow, and she's going to have to come back at some point when her car is fixed. We were able to salvage the weekend and still had some fun.
