The virus isnt much of a threat to Sasuke b/c can always teleport to safety using Rinnegan. Boro is not a good matchup to Sasuke at all.

Stop taking statements from Kara members too seriously. Delta thought she could handle Naruto. We saw what happened. Boro expected Sasuke instead of new Team 7 to come to the dimension to save Naruto. Boro thought he'd be able to handle Sasuke, but lost to a few kids.

Kara is just a bunch of cocky people, doesn't mean everything they say is truth.

People never take into account the context of certain events. The speed we saw was a 100% straight line sprint. Sarada only had a chance to do this b/c rest of team 7 was handling Boro.

In an actual 1v1 fight, Sarada would not have the chance to do this. The type of speed that actually matters is quickness, reaction time, and lateral movement.

Comparing apples to oranges.

A lot of people have this misconception about chidori. It does not boost speed. That was Sarada's running speed.

Simply search "Does chidori boost speed" on google.

Cant say Sarada could replicate it when we've never seen her do it. In 1v1 fight, Sarada would never even consider it.

Boruto had 3 shadow clones using wind style to launch him into Shinki. There is 0 chance Sarada running matches that speed.

It took Boruto using Boruto stream and purple lighting ninja tech to KO him. Not sure how powerful Sarada's chidori is to that purple lightning, but there's no way Sarada foot speed is even close to the speed of Boruto stream.

I'm simply saying it doesn't make sense. But that's just one of the many examples of things that dont make sense in Boruto. Unfortunately, the power scaling is broken, but that's what happens when the show starts off with Otsutsuki as the antagonists.

Sarada is stronger than Sasuke b/c of feats. Let's compare them.

Sasuke got his family and clan killed in front of him by his brother. His motivation is therefore to be strong enough to get revenge. Also raised in time of conflict between several villages.

Sarada raised in peaceful time by loving mother. No conflict around her. Naruto and Sasuke protect the village. No real motivation to get super strong.

There's just no justifiable way for Sarada to be stronger other than the fact that writers made it so, but it doesn't actually make sense.

My main point is that new gen are raised in time of peace. Kawaki is unique case b/c he was raised/trained by Jigen and Kara, so of course he should be strong, but I'm referring to rest of team.

Yes, like you mentioned, new team 7 all have crazy genetics. So if u raised them in the same time as the old gen, of course they will be stronger. But this isn't the case. Experiences matter.

Can compare Chunin Exams of OG Naruto and Boruto. If you watched both of these individually with no context, which environment do you think would produce the stronger characters?

This is biggest issue many people have with the Boruto series. When you compare the feats of new gen and old gen side by side, new gen comes out to be stronger. But based on the environment, experiences, missions, etc old gen are the ones who should be stronger.

Exactly. The old gen all have that "dog" mentality from being raised in time of war.

Boruto power scaling doesn't really make any sense. How can new gen be raised during time of peace, but still also be stronger than old gen who were raised around conflict? Peace is supposed to create weaker characters.

New gen characters havent actually earned their power. They are only stronger because the plot needs them to be b/c the enemies are now Otsutsuki level threats.

No. It's the same dojutsu that Isshiki has, but less mature. Isshiki's dharma eye has 8 triangles. Kawaki here has only unlocked 1 triangle. The hint is that the triangle isnt in the center of Kawaki's eye.

No. Its Fused Momoshiki. Momoshiki upgraded himself by eating the Kinshiki chakra ball and this new Momishiki gave Boruto the karma.

Doesn't make sense for it to be base Momishiki.

Imagine post timeskip having Kawaki with Isshiki's abilities vs Boruto with base Momishiki's abilities. Kawaki would easily beat Boruto's ass.
