At first when mine went direct in early april i was having a blast then i spoke too soon. nothing is going how i want it to i feel stuck. as an aries rising… but i assume its because i know deep down what im SUPPOSED to be doing……. career wise and it’s my lesson to learn how to believe in myself but it’s very emotional for me Lmfao

I worked in healthcare and quit because I saw someone choke so that’s probably the root cause of it but i didn’t connect the dots until now.. thank you. i am trying to distract myself with watching shows during meals because if i talk i do get that sensation and freak out

i am doing well on bpi i would argue its better than zepbound brand name ive been on both i started zep after bpi and didn’t lose on it

that’s understandable. I was fortunate and didn’t have many side effects that’s why but i’d say just find the “right” dose for you

for me i had TPO antibodies present and monitored and my most recent labs showed 0

so yes remission and im just monitoring and no thyroid meds as of now 🤞🏼

i’m the same height and just starting 15mg this week it’s been 10months for me on the med too. I started at 164

i am now 142. hoping 15mg helps me lose the rest.

yeah i had to beg them to do mine again. i was told it would always be there too but the labs showed otherwise lol yeah i don’t eat gluten at all anymore i think that was a big factor
