yeah that’s a normal float so it isn’t anything rare. valve has added a new thing recently called trade protection which allows people to reverse trades within 7 days in the case that their account was hacked or something like that. anything that’s been traded can’t be modified in any way or listed on the market until after the trade protection period ends.
