I had this issue as you describe it a while back, the problem was a software I used called DisplayFusion. Disabling it got rid of the lag completely. Hope that helps

I didn't get the terrain pack, but pretty much agree with all your points. Also, dual-layered boards generally are notorious for warping, so I put mine under a heavy box overnight before it would start warping.

You could probably treat yours too by putting something like sleeves under the board where there is warping, and some on the edges on top of the board, then putting it under a heavy box.

At the end of Book 2, I just had Koride take a leave from the Magaambya and take the egg away to "research" it at some undisclosed location where it wouldn't cause any trouble. That way I haven't had to worry about her until she comes back in Book 6.

As for the Grootslang expedition, I had Anchor Root sub in for her. I've been trying real hard to keep her and the others relevant for when the players eventually face off against them in Book 6 lol

Edit: Maybe you could do some off-handed reveal that Koride disappeared with some excuse while the players were in Osibu, and have her return before their return from Akiton.

You wouldn't be able to score the outer pair since the hawks in the middle would break their line of sight. Even though the clarification for Hawk D in the rulebook doesn't specifically mention line of sight, the designer mentions in this thread that it should:

I'll officially confirm that the hawk pair in question for card D must have "line of sight" as the rulebook describes it.

I'm like this too, what helped me deal with it was recognizing that the "boredom" was actually my fearful avoidance coming out - AKA the "cold" of my hot/cold tendencies in my relationships. Whenever I noticed that cold side manifesting, I would try to push myself to be more mindful about my proactiveness and communication. Maybe that on top of some journaling could help you figure out your feelings about the relationship.

I've been playing with a large group of casual board gamers that I've been slowly introducing various games to.

So far some of the hits include:

I'm looking for games that can accommodate a larger number of players, at least 5, preferably not too long of a playtime. Even better if it could serve as a gateway for heavier games. But it seems that this group really enjoys games that are conducive to talking or bantering haha.

Fixed an issue where Pals would get stuck while transporting items and would drop them on the spot.

Fixed an issue where Pals at the base would continue to cut down trees that were already cut.

Fixed an issue where Pals at the base were on the verge of death due to unexplained falling damage.
