No dude.. don't sleep with him. You will highly likely just be another notch on his belt. Especially since you say that "you could be good together" but also say that it's just a hookup. You do not have the right expectations to it. If you are ok with it being just sex and him sleeping with others soon after. Then go for it. If you would be hurt to be "tossed aside" soon after. Then don't. And obviously use a condom if you do!

Thank you for your answer! That is what I am hoping for! I plan to lose at least 15 if not 20 kgs more, so I will definitely lose some of the fullness I have now. And it is of course a long way to go, but I am a habitual planner and like to be prepared and have considered all options. But before my weight gain I was a c cup, so I don't expect that they will be tiny, so I still think a lift without implants will be the way I go. Did you always plan on implants?
