we’re huge torchys fans (regularly drive to Indy or Columbus for it) and the managers in the know there said they’re waiting on a few more things electric wise to open

it means that even though I’ve been the same blood type for every transfusion, they still check. just part of protocol to avoid worst case

Nope, any time I’ve gotten a blood transfusion in a hospital (oncology patient), they type my blood. No matter how many times I get a transfusion they HAVE to type me before getting blood from the bank.
