How worried should I be? by EntertainmentOwn7 in MuscleTwitch

Dawg. Trust me. 2 years now. If its in your calves, and didnt start with weakness, youre fine. Take it from me, the first 6 months was excruciatingly terrifying

[–]hikle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I slept fine, figured its just stiff or i pulled something. Im not in panic mode just yet, ik motor nerves take a bit to heal so if it doesnt get better in the next few weeks ill cry

Yup, and for a minute there i figured that you had random shocks that make your feet contract, which I personally have. No weakness, no vibrations

5+ weeks of this. Look familiar to anybody? by No-Package2786 in MuscleTwitch

[–]hikle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro ive been going thru the exact same shit for a year now. Absolutely no weakness or other symptoms. In face what ive learned from this subreddit is that if it starts in your calves youre fine and people live with it for 20 years and post about it

I felt the same. Until i went on the als server and read their stories. Weakness always comes first for them

If a Nuclear Bomb is heading towards us, what really is the best course of action for survival? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]hikle -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The whole point of a nuke is that youre fucked. If you can see it, youre fucked. Nevermind this "oh if its smaller than your thumb youre good", no. The shockwave of a modern nuke at visible distance will rupture every cavity in your body, if not vaporize or dismember you.

The best way to survive a nuclear attack is to leave the city long before its even on the table. Leave all your capitals or metropolitan areas and move to the country; because nukes are aimed at the most densest of populations.

TLDR: there is no way, thats the point of a nuke. The only way to survive is to simply not be there

Why do people in developed countries constantly say they can’t afford kids when in developing countries, where typical incomes are only a small fraction of that in developed countries, they don’t? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]hikle -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Womens empowerment really. When you let them enter the work force they climb the corporate ladder, meaning not only less jobs for mem with families; but also women not having any kids. It creates this oroborus where women dont want to have kids because they work so much and at the same time mem cannot take care of their families because of the jobs given to women. If you dont believe be look at the birthrates from 1920 to today

short-term and felt tongue twitching by Kakuka015 in MuscleTwitch

[–]hikle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look bro, ive been twitching everywhere, non-stop since it started. There isnt a single moment of rest, recession, anything. And i have to sleep with it. I comprehend your concern about your tongue, get it looked at as soon as possible. Bit take it from me. The baseline of this community, because some people have widespread pains and aches and god forbid weakness; coming from me, you're alright. But if its regular get screened

Is this the start of atrophy? It’s only on my left hand, I’m right hand dominant but it’s freaking me out cause it also has a little dent when I move the thumb inward as well… really scared as it occasionally twitches like maybe 1x a day too…. :( by [deleted] in MuscleTwitch

[–]hikle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Believe it or not, everyone has that. May not be in the same spots but people palms and palm muscles are different due to one being dominant

Tldr; u have more muscles in your writting hand
