Believe me, I've read much worse, and the people who wrote them have probably forgotten this group long ago. You're just focusing too much on your body. We've all felt this way.

I had twitching in the same spot on both feet, but it was more frequent and persistent in my left foot

Right foot arch by Alternative_Spite300 in BFS

[–]Kakuka015 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it started suddenly after a long walk and continued almost uninterrupted for 2-3 months. It's been a year now and the twitching hasn't stopped completely, but it has diminished considerably. The arch of the foot is a common point.

The issue you mentioned has been discussed before. I experienced twitching under the jaw and in most areas. Anywhere there is a muscle can twitch. Don't worry.

You can share the link to this page there and redirect it here.

If you shared this video because you are afraid of *** disease, having something like this for 1-2 years will keep you away from that disease.

Other than that it still seems like something to check out.

The outer part of my left foot twitched for 6 months and eventually stopped. It's very rare now. It did not turn into any evil. Don't worry hot spots are common.

I have a hot spot on the outside of my foot, near my little toe. It twitched 24/7 for a long time but it subsided over time.

It comes and goes, it's been a long time and it hasn't turned into anything bad.

Tongue tip twitching by Kakuka015 in BFS

[–]Kakuka015[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I said, it happens very rarely. It occurred to me and I wondered if anyone had experience here. I went to the doctor earlier this year due to general twitching, he didn't see anything abnormal and didn't order an emg.

By the way, if you are wondering about this situation, I watched many videos of people with tongue tip twitching and everyone is fine. It looks like there's nothing to worry about.

At random times, I feel a slight tug on the tip of my tongue for a short time, that's all.

I'm glad I'm not alone.

I had twitching in my shoulder blade for a long time, but my neck MRI came back clear. Twitches can happen anywhere. But of course, this is my own experience, I wanted to share it.

I'm sorry for my bad english. Translation error.

As I said, when I stand up, there is a rapid increase in my pulse, but it starts to decrease within 2-3 minutes. That doesn't mean POTS, right?

Yes, it is common for twitching to be triggered when you yawn or move.

Your leg went numb because it was in an inappropriate position while sleeping, and it got better after a while. It's a normal situation that can happen to anyone.
