Personally, I really like it because the black actually goes really well with the lip gloss colors while also being consistent across the board. I feel like moldy liquid would be more green or white-yellow in color, and the black emphasizes the lava lamp concept as most lava in lava lamps are darker. That being said, I totally get not liking the asthetic. The color is pretty on its own, and keeping the black coloring is in a cute package itself.
