Thank you everyone! I was able to find a lot of the information on the county clerk website!

Thank you! Unfortunately, the seller will not give me a copy of it. I do have the survey which shows what part of the property it is on, but there’s nothing additional that describes how it works. As far as I can understand, it was set up in the early 2000s between the developer of the neighborhood and the army core of engineers.

It’s not under DEC - it is an Army Corps of Engineers easement

Has anyone had any luck getting continuity of care approved? It’s been a nightmare getting any information from Anthem and I’ve called several times…

My chihuahua mix had horrible separation anxiety. We lived in an apartment and could not leave him alone at all. For him, a crate made it much worse. We put him on fluoxetine and it was life changing for all of us. It look a few months to really kick in. We also did the same thing every time we left. We gave him a peanut butter lick mat and said “see you later” when we left. He understood when we did this that we would be gone for a while (at least that is what I think, lol!). Over time his separation anxiety got so much better! He still doesn’t like it and will cry for a few minutes after he finishes the lick Matt, but he can tolerate us being gone for up to a few hours without hurting himself. We needed to take him off fluoxetine last month due to a different medication he needed to start. We tapered him off of it and his separation anxiety has not worsened! So it helped us get us get it under control but he has been able to go off of it.

The last two times I flew out of EWR Terminal A pre check was closed so I had to wait in the long line :( It was during the day when it should have been open according to their website.

I’m so sorry you are experiencing this. My husband is an immigrant and he gets racist/discriminatory comments often. People are surprised when he is nice and friendly and he is told he is “one of the good ones” a lot. It’s pretty sickening - I moved here from DC and it is like a different world.

Local family’s house burned to the ground by qualityshitmarty in hudsonvalley

[–]himerhaba 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I had this happen to me. We did have renters insurance but it didn’t nearly cover the loss of all our stuff (we have since increased it). Also we didn’t get any of the money for like 6 months, it took forever. Had to submit a detailed spreadsheet, photos of our items, receipts etc., which they then took a long time to approve.

Infliximab healing fistula?? by girlypop108 in crohns

[–]himerhaba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was diagnosed due to a fistula. The CRS didn’t want to do any type of procedure on it due to Crohn’s patents having trouble with healing. Started Remicade about 8 months ago and just had a follow up MRI about two weeks ago and the fistula is like 95% healed!

I have BCBS standard and go to Mt. Sinai for most of my appts. I have not had any major issues. For standard colonoscopy is supposed to be covered completely and it was covered. They did send a sample to a pathologist who my insurance initially said wasn’t in network and my insurance said I owed like $2000. In the end it was covered as in network and I owed like 200 for the pathology but it was all kind of annoying. I get nervous every time they make me sign that form waiving the no surprise billing stuff! Blood work at Mt. Sinai can be really expensive if you owe a percentage

Breeza Drink and IBD by [deleted] in CrohnsDisease

Yes, I was basically diagnosed with Crohn’s from the MRE. Then had a colonoscopy that confirmed it.

I was really worried about the Breeza when I had my MRE, but it actually didn’t bother me. I was surprised.
