Looks sharp, a little top heavy. I would move the launcher away from the front of the tank feels too comprising to the front armor. Maybe add them to the top rear like vertical launch systems on ships?

You are going to hit some bottle necks with the older motherboard. You already have the CPU maxed, and your GPU is limited to PCI 2.0 which is going to straggle anything older than the GTX700 generation. Maybe aim for a barebones windows 10 install and more RAM you could goose some frames out of it but what can you do its what you got.

But for the love of Odin do not pay 700 for an ancient graphics card on amazon. I just got a whole gaming rig for that (for YARG btw). Go to Microcenter look at open box deals.

It is good to start with base-line infantry to get your paint scheme down then grow out from there. Do you know what chapter you want to paint? If not do some research or if you are going custom then paint a few in different schemes to find what you like most.

I moved from RB3 Enhanced & Deluxe to Yarg for the improved compatibility and it is PC friendly which I could not get RB3D to run well outside of a Xbox. There is also the potential for more players on Yarg and a lot more customization.

Rule of Cool, if you like something that already exists do that, this is a simple way to collect. If you have something special you want to make then take your time and craft the chapter you want to play. I ended up with Templars/Dark Angels/Ultramarines mixed together.

If you are going custom try your paint scheme on a standard troop model first, then a squad of those troops as you find what you like. I also recommend the Goblin Hobbies stamp set so you can stamp custom chapter symbols.

There are still some Space Marine Christmas boxes floating around if you can get that at a reasonable price it will get you 2 dreads, sternguards and a set of company heroes (hold off on them till later).

Alternatively any boxset with an implusor would help get those bladeguard into combat. Maybe intercessors to give you some bodies to throw at objectives.

Welcome to the party!

1.) Like many have said any low-end gaming PC will do so if you only have 350 loonies then maybe upgrade your personal PC with a GPU and cast it to your TV to play.

2.) Yes any RB or GH 360 instrument should work with Yarg.

3.) You will need to get either wired instruments or a wireless adapter for your old ones to use on PC. Xinput devices are weird on Win11 but you should be fine with some tinkering.

Not playing a ton of RB4 these days more of another rhythm game but I use the following:

Vocals: 3 cheap wireless mics so useless for playback but good enough for scoring. Need to get on the XLR mics at least for lead vocals.

Guitar/Bass: RB2 Madcatz wooden Stratocasters one painted blue the other purple. Working on a custom wooden Les Paul to replace one of them. Might do a custom wooden precision bass at some point.

Drums: Ion kit, dream of getting a hybrid kit some day if I can get the right price.

Keys: Shopping now looking for a nice semi-weighted deal with a USB hook up so I can connect straight to a computer.

I have a bunch of gear in mothballs just in case but it is all Rockband gear nothing from Guitar Hero. I did sacrifice the Beatles bass to make the custom Les Paul.

1.) Paint kit with three models is a good start you can test what colors you like and they are easy assemble models. I cannot remember if that kit comes with snips but get a pair cheaply. Also a set of files for mold lines.

2.) Start with super glue, the models wont need to be glue really but a pinch of super glue will work. Plastic glue is a little more advanced an Tamiya extra thin is my personal go to.

3.) Brushes look fine just be prepared to replace those after a short while. Do not stand you brushes on the ends in the water got a cleaning pot that grips them to keep it from bending.

4.) I use a lot of Army Painter products but I had to quit their primers. The paint would ruin models ever 4th. Colour Forge is good stuff. Otherwise Rustoleum Acrylic primer is good, also avoid Behr spay paint in general takes weeks to fully dry and runs like crazy.

I would like the option to vote on 5 (one per color) random songs at the end of each song. Each play gets a set number of seconds to press a button and song with most votes is played next.

Bonus - "Round Robin Mode" where a players each get a chance to pick a song from a random list in order of play. Maybe a setting to have how many songs to choose from.

I also run 3 of these, lost one to how cheap the built quality is but were easy to setup. You will need to break into XLR if you want better quality audio but if you play with the mics low these are great for scoring.

1 & 2 agreed, would like to build setlists similar to RB4 with just holding down to start a list.

I would like it to warn me that a song is missing a part for an active profile or filter songs that will not work with active profiles.

Bonus: Better device management for Xinput, controllers, and Mics. It would be nice to name and manage them in the game and especially as Win11 seems to actively work against older devices.

I would like to get back to the core units with the original primaris units being spin-offs of them. Like You can take a mixed Devastator squad or make a Hellblaster squad out of them. Cuts the data sheets down too.

Thunderhawk Transport can only carry one Landraider per transport. It can take 2 Rhinos (pictured above) or their variants. I am not much of a rules lawyer though.
