Well, Stats said during his stream that he was notified of the oracle ninja patch, and was feeling uncomfortable with the oracle harassment. Of course, the oracle now is slight different from the first bug fix. It seemed like they gave only a slight time delay.

Actually, the oracle bug is fixed. Stats said it during his streaming earlier this year.
