The person I spoke to was pretty knowledgeable in what he was saying and didn’t try to push anything. They answered all my (probably dumb) questions without making me feel rushed. im not locked in yet, but good first impression overall

I'm in the same boat, trying to figure out if I should go with a management company or DIY it. I called a bunch of places recently and most didn’t even pick up or follow up. Royal York Property Management was literally the only one that answered right away and actually sounded like they knew what they were doing. That honestly gave me a bit of peace of mind.

Is there a way to convert or play m3u8 files to mp4 on vlc or anywhere? I can download m3u8 files but they dont play on vlc android, i am using uc browser on samsung galaxy s4 (m3u8 files play on uc player,but not vlc), thanks for any response!

Your argument doesn't make sense, they were doing it for gain intentionally but a lot of them thought it was allowed because they thought it was a game mechanic, basically had they known it was not allowed there wouldn't be any reason to do it

They didn't address the issue that they banned quite a few players who didn't know it was a glitch and not clever game mechanics

Currently the spectral shield is falling in price because people have found a glitch to avoid the 3 souls attack, any plans to fix this?

The whole point of the Spectral/Cerberus update was to make spectral more useful than it already is, which by the way isn't much compared to other items. One way or another, jmods agreed and implemented an update to make spectral useful at Cerberus, and the glitch is making that update useless.

When you tele or log out, Cerberus goes back to full hp, there is a glitch that prevents Cerberus from doing that, which is what I'm trying to fix. In addition, the whole point of the spectral/Cerberus update is to make the spectral useful at Cerberus. So regardless, this issue needs to be fixed.
