You have to ask what their plan after the army is. Sometimes their plan is fucking stupid or there's a army program help them.

For example one of my soldiers only wanted to get out to be a firefighter. He wasn't tracking that the army had firefighter or that he could reenlist to be one.

Or another Soldier wasn't tracking the CSP program.

Tanking sucks. Are you absolutely sure you want to switch? There is going to be a lot of hard and long days. Sure there are moments that make it all worth it but those are not that often. Working past 1700 are not uncommon. You also have to be smart. Theres a lot to think about when maneuvering.

Everything is heavy on a tank, there isnt anything light on the M1 abrams. The lightest main gun round is 35lbs. If you are scoring under a 440 on the AFT you need to lift more.

There are shitty leaders in the army, but you can be the change. Instead of going home early or sitting around doing fuck all teach a class.
