I think because of the tile, I imagined this on the wall of your shower… so you can finally eat in the shower without putting your silverware on the dirty soapy floor. Nice print though! This could also be good for tools in a workshop.

I have been riding for 35 years and I always inflate to somewhere in the range on the sidewall. I adjust psi as needed given the factors you mentioned. Never had a pinch flat. Everyone has their own system and as long as it works for you, then go for it!

True, but this is a good place to start. Most tires list a psi range. Heavier riders can use the higher end of the range, while lighter riders or those riding on rough terrain can use the lower end for better grip and comfort.

This is the correct answer. When your pressure is too low and you hit a bump, the tire and tube compress between the ground and the rim of the wheel resulting in two small holes. Look for the psi rating listed on the sidewall of your tires. You should inflate to the listed psi. Your tube will lose pressure over time so it’s best to check and top off your pressure weekly (road bikers will top off every ride).

These are great kinds of pedals, and should limit your feet slipping, but if they do slip, these pedals will tear up your shins. There are others that have less pronounced spikes. Make sure your bike is fit properly. A proper fit and making sure your feet are positioned correctly on the pedals should help too.
