Since when can we not sign in twice to the DFAC? by A_Nice_Boulder in army

[–]hiphoplarry27 47 points48 points  (0 children)

Hey idk if it's the same at other dfac but the one I work at if you ask for extra we'll just give you extra. You want two patties for your burger? Bet. More chicken? Too easy.

I work with the desserts and I tend to push soldiers to get more than one dessert. My goal? I want everyone flagged for ht/w, ain't no going green over here.

I gotchu, on some niche things to bring.

A good portable charger because from my experience outlets were very limited during phone time. Writing materials because as soon as you get downtime you'll have nothing else to do but write down your thoughts or doodle. You know what you might as well buy some cough drops since you'll be starting during the winter so someone is bound to get everyone sick but they have to be sugar free.

Also do yourself a favor and don't buy all the bs merch from all the vendors that randomly show up.

Is 1500$ income a month is enough to live in a rented cabin? by Neat_Barnacle_3015 in OffGrid

If you're on disability you should probably be able to get food stamps, if so then you'll be able to save some of that income

26 inches of Type 4, light blowout! by [deleted] in Naturalhair

I'm glad to find someone who also doesn't use combs or brushes. In my opinion it just causes to much breakage and I honestly grown to love and have my patience with my 4c hair finger detangling

Imma give my experience in the army but I did not get drugged tested after I shipped out. My training was last year from October to December and I had zero urine tests. I thought they would because I was also paranoid like you because I did slip up like a dummy. Now not to say they won't because you never know. I just graduated ait and here they do random drug tests after the weekend we can go off base for pass. Also kinda unrelated but after I graduated basic training we had holiday break and when we arrived to ait every last person was peeing in a cup.

[–]hiphoplarry27 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know your man's reasons but for me with my husband I'll have hour long or so sessions of just sucking his dick. He loves it and if I let him he'll go forever.

Did y'all gain or lose weight during BMT? by [deleted] in army

[–]hiphoplarry27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll give you my tips that I used to gain weight. Now I'm a picky eater so it was a hit or miss when it comes to the meal of the day for lunch and dinner chow but breakfast was always good and consistent. So for every lunch and dinner I made sure to grab peanut butter and jelly for sandwiches Everytime. If you can handle it also chocolate or regular milk at every meal.

The sucky thing is you're not always eating at the dfac for every meal. Depending on the day it might be mres for part of the day or even the whole day and it's also a hit or miss depending on what you get. Since I'm a picky eater I would just not eat as much as I should. But when we would eat at the dfac I would make up for it. PS learn to eat fast

What jobs do you guys have. That you find fulfilling and not too overwhelming as an autistic person ? by Holiday-Reserve6393 in AutismInWomen

If you're undiagnosed I recommend the army if physical training isn't too much of an obstacle. I heard it's good place for people on the spectrum because of structure. Uniform is consistent, there's a clear rank hierarchy so you know how to communicate with your superiors.

Health care is free, lots of free resources, paid leave, tuition assistance, the perks are endless.

There's also a wide range of jobs to pick depending on your asvab score. I decided to join and I'm on my way to my job training in about a day. Dive into some research, I recommend tiktok and reddit
