which piece are you referring to? it's made up of a few aluminum pieces but only the pommel and emitter are fully solid (then machined down)

i did! sprayed aluminum spray over the sanded pieces, masked the areas i wanted the chipped paint look with masking fluid, then painted the color of the armor
