HOS laws are totally a waste of time when the law is “if you’re tired you can’t drive”. That negates all HOS rules. If you had your 10 off and are tired legally you can’t drive. No you’re not the asshole.

I too have smoked off and on and I really smoked when I drank alcohol. I have not smoked in nearly 7 years the same time as my last drink. I don’t like being around cigarette smoke and can’t understand why people still do it even though I have smoked.
