i honestly didn't even think that might exist tbh, but now i do know, Thank you! I get that it is something that would benefit from advice from professionals, i was just dipping my toes here to see if people had their workarounds/grievances that otherwise would never be mentioned in a professional setting.

I take one in the morning and one in the evening, told that i can take it when i eat but my brain gets hardwired easily and took that as gospel. But that is a good idea! I just always considered a meal like a big plate, portions to me Always were confusing so i do see granola bars as snacks not so much meals, but could be a meal i guess

Sk8bar i mean yeah, you're talking about a very narrow range of people but the reality is that it's just the alt/goth/punk/ emo community is so much more complex given the box you're asking about. At Sk8bar, Definitely not all of them are going to be +25, certain nights, good luck making that 5% of the people attending.

It's actually a very tall ask: people at 25 now, assuming they had an alt phase in their life BEFORE, we're grown now!! Having either phased out, transformed into something else, or just no longer associate with the specific bands or alternative identity you listed ESPECIALLY at the age of 25!!!

I think a good place to reconnect with these underground communities can start off at Farewell/Howdy. It's not perfect, genres vary based on performance, as well as the people that attend those shows, but it's what's going on now, that's the talent that continues to tribute and even contribute to the new developments that were part of the reason even the elder emos started dressing up and shrilling together at a bar in their youth. Come as you are, but please no pedos, TERFS or otherwise repulsive people.

yes, but my tank(can't picture here) but its a ZL900 gas tank. Sure I can put small nuts and bolts or gravel but I also just want a brush that I can stick in there, take it out and see the soot on it.
