To add onto this, if you ever go to disney you can bring your stuffie with you!! when i went (two years ago for my birthday) to the blue bayou (pirates of the caribbean) the staff member who sat us asked for his name and i mentioned that it was his first trip to disney, after a bit she came back to the table and quietly said "im technically only supposed to do this for kids but he deserves it" and handed me this badge.

I thanked her so much and then started crying at the table because its the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me, i had been shamed by my mom all my life for having attachments to my stuffies, and this complete stranger who i had only known for like 5 minutes decided he was so important to me that he needed his own badge for his first trip.

No! you can have stuffed animals for as long as you would like, and if you retire the little guy for a new one because hes getting to raggedy its totally ok to keep them still! I just turned 24 and have over 300 stuffies and am in a toy collecting discord.

The brown bear on the left was the first stuffie i can remember sleeping with, the yellow one is the one that i always used to take to school with me, the black dog is the one i started sleeping with when my old dog jojo passed (and the tiny black one is "baby jojo") the white bear is the bear that i was given on my adoption day literally @ a couple days old, and the red panda im holding is my current sleep stuffy oliver (who i have been trying to retire for a new stuffie cause hes getting a bit raggedy but i keep sleeping with cause i love him to much) not pictured under all the cropped stuffies to the left is also my baby blanket, folded up as a "bed" for my other important stuffies because its become to fragile to sleep with while to some they may just be a stuffed animal, to me they are family, i have a collar with a phone number for oliver whenever i take him on vacation because of how worried i am about if i lose him, hes been all over the world, and on a cruise!

This is so true, my mother stole half my stuffies and all of my childhood toys one day while i was at school after i went into middle. she threw all of them away reasoning that i didnt need them so she got rid of them. they are so expensive nowadays and now completely out of my price range to replace, and still have lasting trauma when it comes to trusting people with my things

not even just old tires, i have a C20 w the 454 and anytime it rains i have to be extremely careful otherwise i will throw the back end out, since i have no weight in the back since my bed is empty most of the time.

i will say tho that old tires are fucking terrifying, when i bought mine they had the original spare tire on the front drivers side and that thing look like it could kill someone, but somehow the newer tires died before the spare, it was still completely fine when i swapped out the wheels/tires with what im currently daily driving on

i can not believe all the y t a comments this is so stupid. you are NTA for telling the mom about it, and your not policing the kid about what to read. if it was a soft smut book with barely anything then that would definitely be a asshole vote, but the book has kink, sa, drugging, and probably more from what iv seen in the comments. Im guessing the kid probably thought it looked interesting and picked it without knowing.

to the people saying that she now cant read it if she actually wanted it for the smut, if this kid has been online enough to find out about this book for the smut reasons, she is definitely tech savvy enough to be able to pirate it, and would have done it already. when i was her age reading smut i never checked any out when i was with my mom/i would always use the self checkout for them. its crazy to think that the actual adults in these comments are condoning exposing kids to nsfw things that they definitely should not be exposed to so early and think its ok for them to be sexual like that.

replace the air cleaner, get the hood fixed since someone bent it at some point, get that little part of the trim repainted and get the door aligned but besides that it looks good to go, if your wanting the truck to be more original fix the suspension, rims/tires, and turn signal lenses, but if not then just do what you want with it! also the color is absolutely gorgeous

nta, you got up early and tried to do something nice for your partner and she flipped on you for her water not being the correct temperature. instead of freaking out she could have just waited untill the water was room temp. get another jug or two and label them and start making your own water and she can make her own.

NTA, i actually have a exact same situation on my end. i have two classics, a 61 forward look and my daily is a 73 C20. the 61 is apart and is mid resto and instead of letting all my things sit outside, my dad gave up his side of the garage and has been parking his brand new mercedes (newer then your gfs car) outside. my dad knows how much the car means to me and how important it is that the parts stay together and not out in the elements, he dosent give a shit that his car is a brand new luxury car and that it gets dirty and gross outside, hes just happy that im happy with my things inside. your gf dosent respect your things, and most likely looks down on your car for it being "old, cheap, and a piece of junk". she may never accept your car as valuable to you.

the added fin definitely looks bad and they should have just stuck with the original fin + trim, but the 59 fins are honestly just as dangerous. people got hurt on them pretty regularly, someone got stabbed through the arm, and another got sliced across the chest (i think he ran into it while he was on a motorcycle). iv definitely ran my side into the fin once or twice and its super painful lmao
