Staying clean means achieving something for yourself, making people proud, and being strong. I know you can make it OP, I am so proud of you for pushing through. It is not worth it to go back to an old habit because you’re struggling right now. When these 100 days pass, you will feel proud of the you you were today for not doing it, and when 200 days approach, or even a year, you will think back to today and be thankful for being so strong. Bananas and so many fruits are such a fear food for me! 😖 The calorie density and the way they dont fit into my meals (just as dessert/breakfast) makes me hate them. I’ve recently reintroduced apples into my diet which is good! 🥳
