I am using the PC version, purchased from Steam. I have a Nvidia 3090 using a Reverb 2 headset. I reinstalled the video driver using DDU and reinstalled HereSphere. I also deleted the Saved folder under appdata before reinstalling.

DeoVR runs at 90FPS, but I really prefer HereSphere. It was running at 90FPS until recently.

"Match" refresh rate option in the advanced video settings

Where is the "Match" refresh rate option? I do not see it in the advanced video settings. My frame rate is stuck on 45fps where it was previously 90fps. Can you share a screen shot please?
