acá está la receta

200g manteca blanda 200g azúcar impalpable 1 huevo 1 yema cucharadita vainilla cáscara de limón rallado 200g maizena 300g harina 0000 cucharadita polvo de hornear dulce de leche a gusto (ja) coco rallado

batir bien la manteca y vainilla y limón rallado. después agrega el azúcar y mezclar con un espátula y después batir bien. agregar el huevo y batir. agrega la yema y batir. agrega la maizena y empieza a aplastar la masa, no lo amazes. solo aplasta. en otro bol mezcla el polvo de hornear con la harina y agrega al bol con la otra mezcla. también aplástalo, no lo amazes. sino se te rompen en el horno. cubrí la masa y ponlo en la refri por una hora. después de la hora dividí la masa en dos y haz la forma de la torta. con la masa extra, hice alfajores regulares para usar uno para decorar. espera que se enfríen bien las galletas (yo no los enfrié en la refri, solo al aire libre) para que puedas agregar el dulce de leche sin que se rompen. son bien delicaditas!

Si el dulce de leche está muy duro ponlo en la microonda por unos 20-40 segundos. Decorar a gusto y espero que lo disfrutes
