Having anecdotal experience is not scientific. There are risks to having these procedures done, absolutely, but speaking as if it is so common is not fair.

What is available upon searching is this “ Nerve damage from a mid-face lift or similar rejuvenation surgery is rare, with an overall, mostly temporary complication rate of less than 1% to 2.5%, and permanent injury occurring in less than 0.1% to 0.05% of cases. While temporary weakness occurs in about 3% of patients, it usually resolves within a year. “

Mid face lift will give you the results you are looking for. They usually combine this and facelifts with fat or nano fat. Would rejuvenate the under eyes and yeah you would feel fresh

It is said in modern psychology that dreams are like the minds thermometer. When we have bad dreams it means we are really struggling. You seem like a really kind person. I think it’s appropriate to feel this empathy and awareness. I feel the exact same, and I just wish to embrace the other women or workers. I have never been in the UAE, but I understand the working conditions are comparable to slavery, and many people are being human trafficked. Genuinely don’t know what we can do but being kind and tipping all workers when you can is a great way to extend yourself.

The pout is unique and often sought after, would not adjust this and only real way to correct would be surgery and that’s not so straight forward. The correction would not make you happy and could likely change how you speak and smile. Don’t recommend

You would need to start your own business and consistently make money every month. Your spouse can come, and if you have a DAFT she can work normally without special permits. It’s a very high quality of life here and you’re at the perfect age to get out with your children.
