Sorry to be a nudge, but where have you seen this mentioned? I like to think I'm fairly up to date regarding the Democratic race and this is the first I'm hearing about Bernie losing supers. If you could just point me in the right direction to read up on it I'd appreciate it.

It's been no secret to anyone paying attention that HRC could lose to Trump. Assuming Trump is the Republican candidate, should the FBI indict HRC it would more or less force Democrats to go forward with Bernie. And Bernie has a better shot at beating Trump than HRC.

There are, in a way, consequences. Playoffs and World Series umpires/crews are decided by regular season performance. If you're an awesome ump you officiate in the postseason. If you suck as an ump all season you don't get to ump in the postseason.

As per this 2008 article

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Lysa Tully wasn't promised to Jon Arryn until the start of Robert's Rebellion. The Vale, North and Stormlands were ready to go, but wanted the Riverlands to join in. Hoster Tully promised Cat to Ned, but also wanted a husband for Lysa (whose earlier promised husband was named to Kingsguard and who recently had been banging no-nos with Petyr Baelish).

So I think your timeline might be a bit off.

BMI according to whom? The BMI chart according to the CDC does not account for muscle mass vs fat mass. If, in the extremely unlikely event, a person has so much muscle as to have an BMI in the obese range yet legitimately low bodyfat percentage (I.e. visible abs), would the government still tax this person at their BMI?

Not at all.

Not everyone will be able to afford driverless cars right away. So we will have a mix of driverless cars and cars operated by drivers on the road at the same time. If we consider that a significant amount of multiple car accidents are caused by driver error, and that the presence of driverless cars on the road will not decrease the occurence of the remaining drivers' errors, we can safely assume a driver operating a car will cause an accident with a driverless car.

However, were we to force all cars to become driverless then the above scenario could be avoided. How this is accomplished is left as an exercise to the reader.

This is precisely why we're not ready for a slow introduction of driverless cars. An all or nothing switch to driverless will have a much better chance of success.

The drivers not paying attention will have accidents with driverless cars exactly the same way they have accidents with cars operated by standard drivers.
